Vizzo Refund Policy

Since Vizzo is a digital service that provides instant access to intangible services, we follow the following refund policy:

1. General Rules

  • Monthly subscription: Payments for the current month are non-refundable. If you forgot to cancel your subscription and the payment has already been processed, the service is considered provided for that month. You can cancel your subscription to avoid future charges.
  • Annual subscription: We may consider a refund request for an annual subscription only within 14 days of payment, provided that you have not actively used Pro features (e.g., bulk lead export). In such cases, the cost of one month of use may be retained.

2. Technical Issues

If you were unable to use the service due to technical issues on our end (e.g., the site was down for more than 48 consecutive hours), we commit to compensating this time by extending your subscription or providing a discount on the next period.

Monetary refunds in such cases are considered on an individual basis.

3. How to Submit a Request

If you believe a charge was made in error (e.g., double charge), email us. We will review your request within 48 hours.
